Lady Milana wanted her slave to be turned into a human ashtray and she proceeded to do so. He had to be humiliated and degraded because he was rude and he did not listen. Lady Milana did not want a slave who would argue with her but rather one who would listen to her and do whatever she asked him to do. And after that punishment, he changed like she wanted.
Lady Milana met this loser doing things she considered bad and she had to punish him. The mistress did this by taking him to the wild and cruelly punishing him. He was shocked at what she did to him but he could do nothing about it. The mistress cruelly tortured him for fun and she made sure he learned his lesson the hard way. And that he would never do what she had caught him doing.
Lady Milana had used her slave to store some crucial information. But he lost it when she needed it most and she was pissed. She did not want to imagine she could not access it. She tortured him in order to get it. She did this by tying him up and using nipple clamps and ballbusting to teach him a lesson. He managed to remember it and she stopped torturing him.
Lady Milana was paying her manager some good money but her company was not making a profit. She was so furious as she had given him time and all manner of support that he needed but he could not turnaround the company. She took him to the woods as if to talk strategy but she crushed his nuts with her high heels after she had stripped him naked. She told him it was his last chance.
Lady Milana is an impatient person. She does not like to waste time when she can get whatever she wants in a faster way. Today she wanted some files from this guy because she was working on a sensitive project and she knew that the information contained in those files would be of help to her. But the guy did not help her. She got pissed and since time was running out, she used her high heels to trample and crush the loser until he agreed to give her the files.
